NOTICE: Public Consultation for the Installation of Modular Diesel Genset

Last June 18, 2013, during the regular session of the Barangay Council of Barangay Apopong, SoEnergy International the company which provides the Modular Diesel Genset to the SOCOTECO II came to explain their intention of seeking Resolution interposing no objection with the said project.

As part of the process, a Public Consultation shall be conducted before the approval of the Resolution. We are inviting affected residents within the area to attend the said consultation on June 21, 2013; 9 o'clock in the morning at the Filden Village Plaza.

Representatives from SOCOTECO II, SoEnergy International and the Barangay Council of Apopong will be present during the consultation. Raising of your concerns are highly encouraged.

INVITATION TO ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay Government of Apopong hereby invite interested bidders/suppliers registered by the G-EPS and accredited suppliers of General Santos City for Eligibility and to Bid for the following projects/proposals:

ARTICLES - Approved Budget for the Contract

1. Purchase of 11 RECYCLE BINS w/ Print (SK LOGO) - P 69, 960.00

2. Purchase of Two (2) units Motor Patrol - P 240,000.00

3. Purchase of One (1) unit Patrol Car - P1,200,000.00

4. Purchase of One (1) unit Dumptruck - P 1,400,000.00

5. Purchase of Various Janitorial Supply - P 150,000.00

Supplier may submit partial bids for the following item/s.

Official copy of the Bidding Documents shall be available to those Eligible Contractors/Suppliers upon payment of bid documents. Prospective bidders are hereby informed that the last day of submission of bids shall be at 9:00 in the morning on June 18, 2013. opening of bids shall follow immediately on the same time and date at the BAC Office, Barangay Apopong, General Santos City.

Bidders are required to submit a tax clearance and a copy of their latest income and business tax returns duly stamped and received by the validation of tax payments made thereon.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Requirements, Receipt, Opening of Bids, Evaluation, Post Qualification and Award shall be goverened by R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Regulation.
