Notice to Constitute the Lupon

Notice to all the Barangay member and all other persons concerned:

In compliance with Section 1(a) Chapter &, Pursuant to Chapter 7, Title One, Book III Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160) of the "KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY LAW" notice hereby given to constitute the Lupong Tagapamayapa of the Barangay. The names below are considered by the Punong Barangay for appointment:

2. GERSON O. CUIZON

3. TERESITA F. JAVING

4. HECTOR L. ADELANTAR

5. ROGELIO T. ENERO

6. RONNIE B. PREVILLA

7. FLORA P. APONESTO

8. NORBERTO D. BODEGAS

9. CHRIS Y. PERPETUA

10. RAKY L. BRAVO

11. CAMILO N. CARILLO

They have been chosen on the basis of the suitability for the task of conciliation considering his integrity, impartiality, independence of mind, sense of fairness and reputation for probity in view of his age, social standing in the relevant factors. The law provides that only those actually residing or working in the Barangay who are not expressly disqualified by law are qualified to be appointed as Lupon Members.

All persons are hereby enjoined to immediately inform me of their opposition to or endorsement of any or all the proposed members or recommend to me other person not included in the list but not later than the 31st day of December 2013
